Andy Meng

Andy has seen his company grow over the past decade and a half to become  the premier online agency in Colorado Springs.  Andy earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Missouri, and was well on his way to an MBA when he got the call to fly jets in the Navy.  So in 1984, he went to Pensacola for Aviation Officer Candidate School after which he spent nine years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Flight Officer who achieved over 300 day carrier landings and 100 night carrier landings.  After his stint in the Navy, he wanted to get back to his home state of Colorado, so in 1994 he moved to Colorado Springs with his wife Joan and son Tyler, to start a small media company with his brother.   The family grew when his daughter Ellen was born in 1996.

The Navy gave Andy his mission orientation, and this drive is a prime factor in how Infront was founded, grew, survived tough times, post 9/11 and thrives today. It also instilled the ideas of teamwork and hard work - hallmarks of the work ethic at Infront.

Joan Meng

Joan had been managing the back office since the company’s inception. She has a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of Missouri and has worked in administration for San Diego Home/Garden magazine and Robbins Research International, a leader in human development training.

But a funny thing happened - we discovered Joan was an outstanding production manager.  For years we struggled to find someone with the right balance of client-facing skills, technical understanding, and team-building approach.  Turns out she was right in our own "back-office".  So we conscripted Joan and her life (and the lives of our clients) has never been the same.

Steven Yashur

Steve has 14 years of experience in internet web application development and more than 16 years of experience in system administration and network administration. In 1995, Steve and two classmates from the University of Colorado founded Compunerd, Inc. (an internet provider and web development company.) He has also been published in the Colorado Springs Business Journal.

Steve's fathomless technical prowess is offered in an unassuming loyalty.  He loves a challenge. And that's handy at Infront. He's always found a way to provide solid technical solutions within budgetary constraints and time deadlines. Client's strongly value his ability to deliver professional reliable solutions under pressure.

Jason Fry

Jason is a jack-of-all-trades when it comes to computer knowledge which includes more than ten years of combined experience with technical and network support, system administration, web application design, and database design. Jason has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Masters of Education: Instructional Technology from the University of West Florida.

Don't let Jason's calm demeanor beguile you. He tenaciously researches technical challenges and provides quick resolution. His self-reliance makes him a great team member and we're glad to have him aboard.

Will Clark

Will comes with years of experience creating compelling and unique web designs.  Endowed with the rare combination of innate design sense and an amiable, easy going personality, Will's contribution to an outstanding customer experience is invaluable.  The only strange thing about him is his penchant for designing in Latin.  This secret message seems to be embedded in all of his design composites:

Amanda Obringer

Amanda joined the Infront team to help out with design and converting complex designs into XHTML and CSS code.  Don't worry if you don't know what that means, all you need to know is it's really hard to do it right.  Amanda does it right.  Plus she brings the additional expertise of being able to apply designs to our SiteWorks CMS by editing Ruby on Rails views as part of the MVC architecture employed by Rails. Cough. Cough.   Let us know if you'd like some lessons on how to interpret Web 2.0 jargon.

Dale Warner

Dale moved to Colorado Springs from the Silicon Valley of California and he's never looked back (well maybe he thought about it once or twice, but death threats from his Colorado mother-in-law pretty much wiped those thoughts from his head). He recently married a Colorado girl and they have a beautiful Colorado daughter.

Dale has a strong background in sales and marketing small businesses. He has a knack for creating customized online marketing solutions to help our clients sell more of their products and services. His specialties include Search Engine Optimization, Search Engine Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Online Display Advertising, Email Marketing, Event Promotion, Webinars, and more. Jon Weaver

Jon, a great asset to the Infront team,  draws on 17 years of design experience to refine the visual impact of the sites we build here at Infront.   Jon earned his BFA at Kutztown University, with a specialization in communication design. He is fluent in the latest software and our resident expert on all things design.

The only issue we have with Jon is getting him off the river and replacing his fly rod with a computer mouse and Photoshop.

Andrea Quinn

So - when looking through reams of resumes for an experienced website production manager, we came across one that used words like "PHP , Dreamweaver, Photoshop, HTML, CSS, MySQL , jQuery, Illustrator , Flash, Wordpress, Joomla, JavaScript, XML, API Integration, XHTML, WebDNA, Web Architecture". Our interest was piqued. We also saw past experience with companies like Lockheed Martin, Honeywell, Core 4 Consulting and Highland Springs IT Solutions. Now it was time for an interview. The interviews verified the technical skills, but in the process, much to our surprise and delight, we also discovered that Andrea brings great client skills to the team.

We are happy to have Andrea as part of our team. We think you'll agree.

Dylan Roop

Amanda is a great designer, but she was getting frustrated not being able to pass on her craft to a newbie. So - we searched high and low to find a smart, young kid with the aptitude and attitude to carry on Amanda's work. Good thing we extended our search to the Ozarks - we found Dylan there.  Did we say he's a huge ZZ Top fan?

Ron Stauffer

So - this internet marketing thing seems to be more than a passing fad. So much so, that Dale was starting to go cross-eyed studying traffic charts, referrer statistics, and other arcane website traffic metrics. To the rescue: Ron Stauffer, a bright young fellow from our own backyard who promises to give Dale his eyesight back and who, more importantly, will create "findability" for our client's websites!

Misha Tatinets

Hailing from the great countries of Russia, Ukraine and various other eastern European lands that all end in "stan", we finally have someone with more credentials and degrees than the rest of us combined (economics, engineering, video production).  And now he wants to become a Rails developer?

We knew Misha was a keeper, when in his first job interview, he revealed that his wife as at the hospital in labor with their first child.  How could we NOT hire someone with that drive for the job?

We are really happy to have this enthusiastic, bright, and motivated young man helping support our clients.

Jess Arent

Jess is our newest production manager who most recently managed some very successful websites promoting tourism in Mexico - that's quite an accomplishment these days.  Now she's shifting gears to help build great websites for clients throughout Colorado and beyond.  The only hitch - her employment is contingent on her getting the Texas license plates on her car removed soon.

Tessa Hill

You'd think that Ron and Dale could handle all the marketing themselves, but noooo, they needed an assistant.  So Tessa came knocking, and good thing too, because she's just what we needed - a smart, analytical, hard working "findability" expert.
