Since connecting his first Amiga to a 2400 baud Supra modem in 1989 and hearing that sweet sound of computers handshaking, Mark was hooked on connectivity. By 1999 Mark had established himself as a web hosting provider, had learned Flash and HTML, and started deploying websites for friends and his own side business where he built and sold custom spec high-performance PCs. By 2004, Mark began preparing to leave behind his full-time job as Marketing Manager for Xentel inc. to explore a full-time future working online designing websites, logos, creatives, web applications, and growing a hosting business.
At Infront, Mark administers the “LAMP stack” (Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHP) and enjoys building elegant solutions to complex problems with PHP. Aside from back-end development, Mark is also a seasoned front-end developer who has designed hundreds of websites with a strong understanding of UX and SEO using tools like Photoshop, CSS3, HTML5 and JavaScript.
When Mark is not at his desk, you will most likely find him practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and Judo, playing guitar, camping, mountain biking, fishing, hunting, and cooking delicious dishes.
