You might have asked yourself at some point if it is worth using Social Media as a Digital Marketing tool.

Well, using Social Media is one of the most effective routes to go! Whether it is through Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or any other forums. Having Social Media accounts will greatly benefit you and/or your company.

The end goals for Social Media’s Digital Marketing strategy is to build an even stronger relationship with users who are already familiar with you. Secondly to have those users share your content, which will then extend your customer reach and allow your brand to have better recognition. With the vast increase in technology use, why not use it to your advantage?

One of the biggest reasons why Social Media Marketing is so successful is because so many people use it! Over 2 billion web users use social networks and it is still increasing as technology continues to advance. With that kind of access to the world, it would be ridiculous to not use that platform.

Think of all the missed opportunities you could have had by not giving your customers this chance to interact with you. How many leads could have seen that one post that pushes them right to you? How many friends would they have told about your awesome services?

Having Social Media allows you to have a direct communication line with your users. This allows you both to learn more about each other.

While putting up different posts you can strategize and see what gets more engagement from your users and tweak your marketing style right then and there! Users don’t expect to be marketed to while just scrolling through their phones on their favorite apps.

This would be a good way to plant a seed in a potential leads mind. Having that easier way to communicate will encourage consumers to ask more questions. It will build a great relationship when they feel like they are seeing a different side to a business rather than just the traditional ways of marketing.

The whole point of any type of marketing is to acquire more traffic to your business to ultimately get more conversions. Social Media allows countless users to be directed directly to your website through many ways.

Without this, users will have to find you by your brand or people who must look up the keywords that are associated with you and/or your business.

With Social Media, people can find your business and decide they are interested without even trying to look for you. By using Social Media, you are doubling your chances of finding leads by opening many pathways for your users to find you.
